I did a 2 day dry 2 weeks ago, broke it about the same way, then this week I did a 2, then 1 day of water and 1 day back to dry, then I had a green salad with home made buttermilk dressing. rather, yogurt, lemon juice and spices blended up.
I am likely to do a similar one through tonight, then switch to high protein/fat and low carb a few days then dry fast again.
Anyway I am learning more and more about myself and about fasting.
I may try Epsom bath when my dry fast turns to Water Fast instead of eating vitamins.
