mIGHty, I just wanted to say you are great and I look forward to fasting with you. I really apreciate that you always put down exact data. It makes me more comfortable with my own symptoms fasting and also with how slowly time goes sometiomes. To read your facts and figures so detailed from the very beginning stages of your fasts will help me to take my beginning of a fasts more seriously and not eat for emotional reasons just because I haven't been fasting for very many days or hours at the point where I am tempted or compulsed to eat.
