hi,
i tried to e-mail you the information, but a message came up saying there was an error. e-mail me if you got it so i can send more info without filling up curezone.
first let me make it clear that i don't always feel well, and sometimes i feel downright crappy. on friday night i went to bed at 7;00. some days i feel like i have rocks in my abdomen, and then i do an extra enema. but in her book she says that if you go too fast, you can experience uncomfortable symptoms. my temperment has been awful, and sometimes i feel like i'm going to go crazy. but i keep pushing cause i know it's the way to go. she says any healing program has to deal with detoxification and regeneration, and the ways she describes i believe are the best. she bases her plan on max gerson, a genius who healed many people of diseases much worse than you or i have.
she does, if i recall correctly, link blurred vision to the liver, but she doesn't specifically mention floaters, although i have read that they do have something to do with the liver.
Depression is definitely a liver congestion symptom, but hang in there, it will get better.
she specifically does not recommend fasting as it makes your body release toxins too quickly and the overload can poison you. she is concerned with regulating things so that your body can manage the detox. and she says that
coffee enemas are the best way to detox your liver. i still go to the
Liver Flush Forum sometimes to get new info, but i've been noticing a lot of people having problems after flushing. i went through the same thing. then it would take me a long time to recuperate. i had to work on my patience and deal with the liver detox in a more gentle way. and it is turning out to be more effective.
you probably just need more specifics about the diet, etc. i will give you a few here and then try to get ahold of you another way so that this doesn't get too long.
