Re: I got the book
That makes me feel a whole lot better. I love Goofy.
I know how you feel about cutting out everything. I did that at one point. I remember some of the stuff that was left on my list. One of them was pears and another one was sunflower seeds. I think in some way pears are milder than apples. They don't juice very well, but soft ones can be easy to digest. Somewhere in kathryn's information I think I remember that she says that taking only juices makes you detox really quickly and then the toxins cause problems. If you could think on at least 3 things, one protein, one carb, and one fat to eat, even if you have to eat it three times a day in small quantities, it might help. Did you ever try brown rice pasta? I like it. One thing that helped me the other day when I was sick was throwing a potato, a couple of carrots, a piece of cabbage, a piece of onion, two stalks of celery, and some parsley in a pan, covering it with water, and cooking it for about an hour. I drank a lot of the broth, and then later was able to eat the vegetables(Iput butter on it), and in a couple of hours I felt better.
My symptoms began not long after we moved into a new house. I had a lot of muscle pains, food started to bother me, and I couldn't tolerate any chemicals. The first thing I found out I had was hypoglycemia. Since then I have tried a lot of different diets and supplements. I couldn't take medicine because before that I had taken stuff for constant sore throats and was allergic to everything. So I've been trying alternative stuff for forever. The first thing that made a really big difference was when I started taking Julia Chang's stuff for the liver. Since then I have known that I need to work on my liver and can see how most things could be related to liver problems. I have had problems with depression, too. Her stuff is supposed to help that too, cause she says that liver problems cause depression.
I can't remember a before and after with respect to her stuff and depression, though. But her stuff really works.
I can copy the CD's for you. How can I get your address, though? I can't seem to be able to send e-mails through curezone, but there may be something that I don't know how to do.
The book from Kathryn took a little over a week to get here in Pennsylvania. I think you'll like the book. I think it will encourage you.
Thank you for the encouragement, too. And I'll talk to you later.
