i remember at one point narrowing down the cause of floaters to gluten. i know i feel better when i don't eat it. i had been off it for a while, and then i started mixing spelt and oats in my cereal. i had squash soup, a spinach salad, and another egg for dinner and i feel better than i did all day. i guess that's a little lower in carbs, too. well, just a thought.
