Thanks for all the pointers and pardon the lateness of my reply. Not having much success. I've been adding and subtracting things(foods) too quickly to know what helps and what hurts. I've noticed I seem to do poorly with apple juice or whole apples. Alot of juice causes a sort of acid reflux- heart and stomach burn as well as headache and whole apples seem to make me sluggish. Any advice? I fell off the wagon for a few days and went on a mad eating spree-cereal by the handful and peanut-butter by the spoonful- I just lost it. I'm recommited now. I have had some very encouraging experiences with the enema's but not lately(Going too fast?) Three juices a day followed by an enema seems to worsen symptoms. Trying to be patient but I'm no saint. The times the juice/coffee combo has seemed to help has been when I've eaten an absolute minimum of solids- a salad or serving of rice with juice and not attemted a daily enema but rather one every two or three days. Still have visual floaters. Still need help. I'm going to order the book right now so I don't have to leach info off you so much but I hope to hear from you soon. Muchas gracias, B
PS: What do you find are the best juices? I've been going with celery, beets, cabbage, apples and little else. I know you too fight fatigue. For me it's the difference between functioning and not functioning at all. Right now I'm a stone. Also, what's your enema protocol? I've tried to follow Kathryn's recommendations-lying on right side for 15 minutes.
