The best would be distilled water. Chlorine and fluoride free boiled water would be next best. Boiled water is a poor substitute IMO. Putting chloride into the colon might have an effect on colonic flora. Filtered water is not always as useful as it might sound, it depends upon what is filtered out and many cheap filters are not much use IMO. Ok, after a long fast you really need to slowly build your appetite. Meats should be avoided for at least as long as the number of days fasted, if not permanently avoided. Also too many incompatible food combinations. Nuts and fruits should be eaten on its own, mono meals. Check out food combining charts on google. I did not notice movement but I sure did feel it. My colon would suddenly jerk and twist. I’ve noticed my stomach moving lately. After I eat, and get bloated, I lift my shirt and look down at my stomach. It shifts and jerks back and forth, like contractions or something moving around. Hello, I have been trying to do parasite cleanses for quite some time. Firstly, I did not say that B12 or lack of can cause constipation because it does not. What I said is lack of choline can promote constipation due to lack of acetylcholine which is a stimulator to the bowel. Therefore taking some lecithin such as sunflower lecithin might be helpful.
