Thank you for all this information. I stay in bed because a) I have little energy b) I'm usually cold c) and mostly importantly, I'm sore especially in my upper back.

Also the sinus congestion is constant, not just when I eat, although with certain foods there is more mucous production that comes up from my throat. My nasal passages and possibly lungs are inflamed and so it's hard to breathe through my nose, my nose holes already being so small.

One of my biggest issues aside from stomach problems is my lungs. I was looking yesterday and it sounds like I could have COPD.

PS: I was diagnosed by a LLND (Lyme Literate Naturopathic Doctor) with having chronic LYME DISEASE. I had my blood sent to California and Germany where it came back positive. However they always say it's like 95% accurate, and there is huge debate between MDs and NDs and their testing methods etc.

which could be the cause of my lung issues..

PPS: It makes sense what you said about B12 being the cause of the constipation, because what I've found is that my issue is with the muscles in my digestion/colon - they don't get activated and so I have to drink a decent amount of coffee in the morning to get it started. That being said if I ate ANYTHING wrong (or too big portion) the day before, that won't even work.

And lastly, I am the HEALTHIEST person I know. I eat organic fresh produce and chicken and fish. I've never seen someone eat as healthy as me, yet I seem to retain hardly any of the nutrients.
