Re: HELP!! BENTONITE Clay/Psyllium has caused me EXTREME constipation :(

Alright I just joined curezone for the sole purpose of making a response to this particular post;

All over the d*mn internet, all I've seen was 99% praise for bentonite/psyllium, but NOTHING on situations when things go wrong..

6 or 7 years ago, I saw YOUR post here which was the first indication that I was not the only one going through this..

I don't know if you're still around, or if you're still encumbered by this issue, but I'm writing here to tell you(and anyone else who had/has this problem) what worked for me:

1) Diatomaceous Earth enemas - I did them 2x daily for a week straight; it disintegrates the stuck bentonite.
2) BALANCING the omega-3/omega-6 - You can look up Chris Kressler's information on how to go about doing this PROPERLY.

I essentially have been keeping to a diet that encourages this balance, and have been recovering substantially day-by-day since implementing it
