Re: HELP!! BENTONITE Clay/Psyllium has caused me EXTREME constipation :(

I took an few tablespoons of Bentonite clay 2 days ago. Woke up with a stabbing sharp pain in my lower abdomen and I couldn't go to the bathroom. I have never been constipated before but I figured I was because of the clay. REMEDY: Get a baby Tylenol/ medicine syringe/dropper or any other thing you can find at home (at home enema kit would be best). Get in a hot bath/shower (preferable bath) and lay down. Inset warm water inside your anus, you can feel when you have enough in there. Allow the water to stay in you for like 10 minutes or longer if you can hold it. If not release it and put more water and hold. Repeat until you clear your self. Note: correct position for relieving yourself is to squat. Google it you will see diagrams. Either squat on toilet or get a bucket and squat in bathtub. An Enema will definitely help In this situation.
