some of the suggestions were very good. definitely look into parasites. once they are activated, they can cause symptoms such as you are listing. and also stay away from the grain products like oat bran, at least temporarily. you might want to be very aggressive with the parasites at first to see if this is the problem. i would also be suspect of the psyllium as some people react poorly.

it sounds like you stirred something up with the cleansing and now you have to finish the job, which may be no easy task.

i don't know who posted the nonsense about flora digesting the bentonite, but that is just totally REDICULOUS. the same person was also recommending dairy products, another very questionable recommendation for anyone with bowel problems. Tweet
