Gosh - what a horror story. I just used the same stuff for the first time - hope it doesn't do that to me. I have to keep my transplant meds moving properly through my gut - can't afford to be stopped up. I know this post is old, but I would have recommended abdominal massage, exercise, hot drinks like tea, and for the liver, Alpha Lipoic Acid.
