If you throw probiotics at sibo it will only make it worse, you're just creating a bigger problem for yourself.

You need to help yourself with diet, that is the most important thing to do. Adding enzymes that you can tolerate will help with your dysbiosis. Enzymedica Basic (not the probiotic one just the ordinary one) is usually well tolerated and over time should help.
