Re: Which water is safe to use for regulars enema's

I just had an appointment with a GI specialist, and i don't think he takes me seriously.

It feels like some kind of obstruction or adhesion,There's like a bump in the descending colon area when i breath and food seems to get stuck there from time to time.
I also have a sliding hernia, which seems to pull all my organs up and down.

It also could be the stress i am dealing with right now,and not having enough beneficial bacteria,i honestly don't know.
I also have a weak pelvis which could also be a potential cause for my sluggish bowel.

I always used enemas to clean the colon but i stopped because i did it to often i think and i suspected that the water i used wasn't that good.

I don't have bleeding but my bowel movements are mostly green or slightly yellow which indicated that the food is not properly digested.

I just started taking mag 07 magnesium oxide to cleanse the bowel so i hope this works.

When it comes to distilled water,is the water you can buy in the stores save for drinking and enemas...most distilled water sellers say it is not good for consuming,
which i know is not true but just in case,do you have any info on that?

Much appreciated.
