This topic is VERY closely related to my other OCD topic. I cannot seem to develop and learn muscle memory in many things that I participate in. For example, when I bowl, I cannot repeat shots. Despite being informed that I have a lot of talent, I cannot break through the threshold of being more consistent. No one here has addressed the fact that you could be hypothyroid. This condition creates weight gain that is resistant. There are other symptoms too... fatigue, hair loss, eyebrows that thin or become non-existant on the outside 1/3, dry skin... to name a few. Well it definitely seems like you are going in the right direction and losing the inches off your waist means that you are making progress regardless of what the scale says. I would recommend that you stick to eating fruit whole and only juicing vegetables (no tomatoes or carrots). Well, what else are you using to track your progress? If you’re doing weights and cardio, there’s a good chance you’re losing fat and gaining muscle. With that, you’ll not lose weight but perhaps have a lower body fat percentage, clothes fit better, measurements improving, etc. I know it’s more satisfying to see the scale go down though so... Candida diet sucks and basically does not work. It can drive the candida deeper into your body in search for sustenance. I’ve had candida for basically all my life.
