No one here has addressed the fact that you could be hypothyroid. This condition creates weight gain that is resistant. There are other symptoms too... fatigue, hair loss, eyebrows that thin or become non-existant on the outside 1/3, dry skin... to name a few. You may want to look into having a test to see if your thyroid is functioning well. If it is, and you are still not losing weight, then look into a diet that does not have ANY processed foods. No dairy. No soy. That pretty much takes a lot of things out of your vegan diet. Veganism sounds good, but much of what is eaten is processed... like the veggie burgers, crackers, etc. You may need protein... Try varying diets to find what is right for YOUR body. Paleo, vegetarian, vegan, fat free vegan... there are many types of eating plans. find the one that allows you to feel good, lose weight and be fulfilled. I wish you all the best.
