This topic is VERY closely related to my other OCD topic. I cannot seem to develop and learn muscle memory in many things that I participate in. For example, when I bowl, I cannot repeat shots. Despite being informed that I have a lot of talent, I cannot break through the threshold of being more consistent. Would the pineapples blended with papaya seeds cut it, or are there other raw organic foods that might help? I haven't gotten them yet, I just want to make sure I get everything that might help me. I put this in the BodyBuilding forum because it has to do with the muscles. :)
