I would also make sure to get plenty of pure good protein. Protein plus
Makes many excellent drinks in many different favors often found in your produce section yielding 30-40 grams of protein per drink. A good Whey protein powder you can mix with fruit in a blender also works. Here is away to get a really good egg protein to mix in a blender. Put a dozen eggs in a pan, and cover completely with water. Get a candy thermommeter and raise the temperature of your eggs to
150 degrees Fahrenheit for 3-4 minutes. This will pasteurize the eggs , and kill the bacteria, yet leave the eggs somewhat runny and easily blended.
It is essential in my opinion to get high quality protein, 60 to eighty grams of protein a day in my opinion when dealing with OCD.
