There's problems with bone broths for glutamate sensitive people...esp if they are cooked like Sally Fallon recommends...for hours and hours and hours.
You need to ask these questions there and you won't feel so wierd. It's complicated and I'm betting Iodine plays a role in all this. My digestion if far better on Iodine but I can't do bone broths cooked like many do. I cook mine for no longer than a day.
I think you'll find others with exactly the problems you're describing on failsafe. (but..they're not into Iodine or at least weren't a few months ago)
