I played with EM a few years ago and never really noticed anything that significant. But I think I'm going to revisit it again this time with more structure on taking it daily. I hate the taste though....some people LOVE it.
I order it from SCD world.
My diet is pretty good...mostly paleo with some dairy and occasional breakdowns for wine and beer...and coke cola (aiyeee hate to admit but I love that drink when I'm stressed)
So I'm eat raw cheese, butter and raw goat yogurt. I sometimes add low temp whey powder. I eat red meat cooked rare and pastured chickens, fish and some shellfish. Soups and stews made with bone broths, salads with hardboiled eggs and homemade dressings....some nuts and few grains. NO gluten at all. Some fruit ...usually frozen berries in yogurt. And some steamed veggies for dinner like yellow squash or green beans...whatever in season at our local farmers market.
MY other weakness is tea with palm
Sugar and raw cream. I like sweet hot tea in teh morning and that's a bad habit I need to break.
Oh yea...afternoon chocolate too...another bad habit. But the chocolate one is really under control since iodine...interesting as I hardly ever crave more than a small reasonable piece a few times a week.
I order foods from livesuperfoods also. They're expensive but have good snack food like dried salmon.
Does this help.....I really think you'll get more help on the failsafe site. I no longer follow that diet as I seem to have far fewer digestive problems lately. None of the reflux stuff that got me to failsafe to start with.
