I get very dehydrated skin when my potassium is low so I know when something is antagonizing my potassium-like magnesium supplements, too much phosphorus, too much salt. there could be other things going on here too. There are still a lot of unsolved mysteries in my mineral experimentations. One has to be very detail oriented to figure out just what is going on, for me its time consuming and frustrating at times.

Potassium is one of those minerals that supposedly everyone is deficient in so it cant hurt to try it. I started with
lite salt-potassium chloride, but have found potato skin broth to be very beneficial and slightly more effective. I think the chloride in the potassium chloride upsets the balance of some other minerals. hth
