I'm doing all of the above +. I don't know about the B-complex...
I have NEVER, in my life, taken as many supplements as I am now. One thing that has simplified the process is that I bought a days-of-the-week pill divider thingy, & it's got three compartments for each day...got it through Amazon. Without it I know that I'd be skipping supplementation(which I do occasionally, anyway:)
The Iodine Docs seem to find selenium and magnesium critical....
