Remove them all!

This is the opposite scenario of what I've described. Once a max threshold is reached, treatments do provide relief. Those who've experience scattering are moving in the same direction : constant treatments.

The scenario I've described is different. parasite cleanse do kick-start scattering prematurely, if you can call it that way.
