But you are right, I am very anti-parasite, in the sense that I have done more parasite cleansing than most people here.

Scattering is bullshit. Just another curezone meme made up by people with single digit iq's. Even more nullshit is the meme that you can feel them scattering.

Your main weapon against parasites is a correct diet. It can take much more time than people are willing to devote, hence all of the tricks people use to rationalize their incorrect diets.

Once the diet is good, you can use simple grocery items to kill off the larger emdedded worms.
