Re: amalgam and resin filling

Don't look to "studies" for answers. Those are all , both sides of the issue, written by people too smart for their own good.

For the truth, talk to the people. Talk to the people who have had Amalgams in their teeth and then have had them removed. There's nothing better than primary research on this sort of thing. After a while, you will begin to see a pattern to their answers. Then, you'll find anecdotal accounts on the internet saying the same thing. Eventually what happens is that you see so many anecdotal reports that you realize that all these people can't possibly be conspiring since they don't know one another and since they're not generally capable of pulling off any conspiracy, and that they speak from the heart. And on the other side of the aisle is the same broken record "official" position that there's no proof that X causes Y. Which side one takes is a political question that only the individual can decide for themselves. But those who side with the ADA are more often than not being paid to do so, whereas the other side is not influenced by mammon in the matter.

Get out there and ask some people, then you will find your answer. The anecdotal reports on this site may be a starting point in your quest.
