So this is your terrific peer reviewed article that shows that mercury is safe to put in children. Are you kidding? You obviously do not know how it reacts in the body, when they are simply measuring urine and then looking at attention, memory and visuomotor response? You call that science. Do you understand that mercury binds in the body and must be provoked to be released into urine and even that is difficult to do. Once it is in, it is tough to get out. What are the weaknesses of that study? Let's see some critical evaluation of literature here. There are potential weaknesses to all studies. Of course I understand that mercury "binds" in the body....most drugs we give bind to albumin and other proteins. But this has nothing to do with establishing causality for disease.
Once again, you don't seem to understand that no one in the mainstream US Medical community (that you so blindly believe is right) is going to pay for a study to be conducted to show the harm of mercury. They already know it is. Why hasn't the ADA paid for a study in 125 years? The economic impact on the US economy would be disasterous.
Who do you think paid for the study I posted? They "pay" for the studies before the study is even performed. How then can it be possible to study anything at all?
If it is so safe then why do even regular dentists that use it have to take precautions when preparing it to put it in someone's mouth? And then they can't just throw it in the regular trash when they take it out....oh yeah, they just drill the heck out of it and let it go into the patient to breathe and ingest.
I'm not familiar with the special precautions "regular" dentists use when handling mercury. Can you direct me to some information? thanks in advance.
