You must be young enough at this point to not feel the effects, but you will with age and then you will start looking for causes...only to find out the truth at that point.

Pick up a book called Dentistry Without Mercury by Sam Ziff & Michael F. Ziff, DDS It has 100 references with many, many scientific studies (just what you wanted) to prove the dangers.

Think about this? What if all of a sudden the ADA reversed it's position about mercury fillings and said they were dangerous. It would collapse the US economy due to lawsuits - duh!

Here is what the ADA says "The strongest and most convincing support we have for the safety of dental Amalgam is the fact that each year more than 100 million Amalgam fillings are placed in the United States. And since Amalgam has been used for more than 150 years, literally billions of amalgam fillings have been successfully used to restore decayed teeth."

So they are proving by anectdotal evidence! That isn't scientific either! In 125 years the ADA hasen't funded any studies to prove the safety of amalgams. Why not do you suppose? Could it be they know they cannot prove them to be safe - yes!

All I say to you and your family and friends is good luck! Hope you "wake up" and smell the mercury at some point.
