Re: 7-year-old daughter
Thanks for such fast responses. Great information from everyone. I am so appreciative. Trapper, I also agree with MH's theory about the body expelling blood as a means of cleansing. Your Orange juice cleanse is something I myself plan on doing in the near future, but I couldn't get that much orange juice into my daughter. We love fresh pineapple and usually eat two per week. I probably could get her to do a fruit cleanse eating different fruits for a couple of days. Would that help as much?
It seems like the detox foot pads have also helped her. I just got them a couple of weeks ago. She has been using them and the color in the morning is much lighter. I tried them and can't stand them on my feet at night. I ripped them off after about an hour.
We are living on a military base in Japan right now and trying new things is a challenge. Tropical Traditions does ship for free to the military and they are a God-send. When I do get raw nuts, it is on trips back to the states.
I got my distiller on eBay. It was from Sears, cost about $65 including shipping. Almost brand new. I think that was the single most important decision that I made. The chemicals in the water are so strong here you can smell them, like clorox. I even send her to school with her own water.
I use waxed paper when possible. If I use plastic, it is good quality, not cheap. I feel that it doesn't leach as much, but I am not sure. It is hard dealing with all of the chemicals, that is for sure. I never use plastics to heat things up in and I stopped long ago using a microwave.
My daughter hasn't really done any cleanses. I am not sure that I would want her to. She is tall and very thin. Her bowels work after almost every meal like they are suppose to, so I don't know if I want to mess around in that area. I may be misguided, but I don't want her to remove the good "bacteria or flora", then have an elimination problem.
I would love more information on the WOW for myself. Is there a web site. I have done 10 liver flushes, 4 MCs, okrapepsin, Dr. Schultz IF#1&2, and
Oxypowder . I hate when I don't eliminate everyday and get bloated. All of the products above did that to some extent (Not the
Master-Cleanse or LF) except IF#1 alone. So I am willing to try something that won't cause those symptoms. Even though I have eaten well for quite awhile, it could always be better (100% raw or all fruit) and my teens and 20s were awful. So I probably have alot of old, stubborn MP. Thanks again for all of the great info. Aloha, Kathy
