Re: 7-year-old daughter

Hi Kathy,
I would have classified my daughters diet as pretty good. But evidently that is not enough. We have chicken and fish about once a week. Its all fruits and veggies(as organic as we can get).Stopped soy about 2 years ago when I became aware of its sideeffects. I used to pack her lunch everyday, but that has been slipping... What kind of containers do you use to pack your daughters lunch? I find that I cant avoid plastics since I am worried about glass breakages.she uses aubreys shampoo and the creams etc that she uses are all organic.
I am collecting as much information as I can on this subject.
I should definetly be looking into a better source of water. we used to buy distilled water and stopped that because of the plastic leaching concerns.Need to do more research into the diff types of filters available...
Has your daughter done any cleanses?
I will definetly keep you updated on what I discover/try...

Thanks
rainbird
