It sounds like symptoms of polycystic ovary disease. facial hair growth, weight gain, not all have all the symptoms, google it, and check the list. There is some connection to insulin and excess androgens. Worth checking out, also I know you eat organic, make sure if eggs are consumed, they are organic not all natural.

My daughter has food allergies and had other issues going on as well, her skin was really breaking out, as a result of muscle testing (nutrition response testing) she tested for spleen support. Standard process makes spleen, we started it and within a week, her skin was much clearer that some people commented. we didnt connect this till later. I read that the spleen supplement clears excess horomones out of the blood stream.
