Thanks! Formulas based on weight/activity are always better than a 'set number'.

Yep, a kilogram is 2.2 pounds. So then somebody weighing 150 pounds would weigh 68.18 kgs...
--68.18 x .8 = 54.5 grams of protein daily (inactive)
--or 68.18 x 1.1 = 74.9 grams of protein daily (active)or thereabouts

When we're talking this small of an amount of difference, it's almost not worth using up 'brain space' to get all the nitty-gritty-details learned. (There's a difference there of only 20 grams of protein daily...that's only 20 'sweet n' low' packets worth of weight...not very much at all)

Anyway, if you ever recall where you found that formula, I'd appreciate it if you'd share so I could do a bit more reading up on it.

(By the way, my husband is a tiger fantatic, and he LOVES your profile picture!).
