...ESPECIALLY with this:
"You may want to take a look at what your schedule is like... if your burning the candle at both ends, that could do it. The mind/body/soul needs rest."
And I'm in the middle of learning and applying that, and our bodies need rest when it's dark...the best time for sleeping is 9-10 pm - dawn. I'm reading a book called "Lights Out" (which I don't recommend, because you have to read zillions of pages of 'chatty stuff' before you get to the two or three main points of the book), but one of the main points had a HUGE impact on me: Our are made up of 'billions & billions' of live organisms, ALL which flow with the rising and setting of the sun (of course), so it's only natural that we'd be healthier if we did the same.
My sleep schedule is a total wreck for quite a few various reasons, but although I can clearly see the reasons I 'got where I am', all I really have now are excuses as to why I haven't got my sleep schedule back onto a healthy track.
Grz, it's a mutual admiration society here, for sure >>Once again, it sure is good to have you back, I am really enjoying your posts.<< I never stopped reading ALL of your posts, even when I was 'away' from posting.
May you ALWAYS walk in sunshine!
