Thank you!! I will get some cod liver oil and trace minerals ths week to see if they help and to test my body's reaction. Hopefully it will be positive!! :) I'll try the gingko if I don't notice anything different in regards to my memory, same with the cayenne.
My concern with the kelp is, I've heard the high Iodine content makes it bad for acne-sufferers? I've had Acne and broke out particularly while detoxing, and my skin for the first time in probably 2 years is really beginning to clear up because I'm cleaner inside now. I don't want to mess it up again!! If it's okay to take, I'll gladly take it, I miss being warm!! May I ask how spirlina and kelp affect the body differently?
