well, grz just gave you some excellent advice. here is the thing - despite doing all of the things you just listed, you can STILL be mineral deficient due to mineral leaching from our soils and poor growing methods. organic produce just means it has no pesticides, it doesn't ensure its mineralized. you need to supplement with more minerals. especially since you have been doing hte cleanses. cleasning, tho necessary, can be tough on the system and can leach minerals out of your body, they MUST be replaced, your body can't make more minerals, it has to get them from the diet. try some the moreless alkalizing drink that grz linked for you, you may be pleasantly surprised. if nothing else do one or two tablespoons of kelp with some lemon juice everyday.
the lemon juice is a natrual way of chelating the minerals and making them more bioavailable.
flax oil is great, but fish oil has brain nutrients that flax oil does not have. try the "nordic naturals" brand, they have mint and orange flavored oil that tastes just fine.
is gingko safe? yes it is.
