Re: But.. I do those things!!!
Cayenne is cheap (bulk is less expensive than caps) and would be a good start for improving circulation and oxygen delivery... minerals can be done on the cheap as well. Try a tablespoon each of Black strap molasses and Apple Cider vinegar a few times a day in a glass of room temp water. You can add a pinch of
Epsom Salts for magnesium and sulfur and add kelp as a powder or take in capsule form for loads of trace minerals and iodine. You can also make Sole for trace minerals:

When I started with Sole, I used Redmond Real Salt (much more affordable and usually readily available in local stores), I now use the Himalayan Salt.
The whole mineral/alkalizing drink is here:

You may see improvement with this, or any variation by itself as the action is synergistic. The reason this has become so important is that our fruits and vegetables of today carry much less (some estimate up to 80% less) mineral and vitamin nutrition of a 100 years ago. Between 1973 and 1997 a 53% reduction in the calcium content of broccoli was documented.
I would also do the fish oil, cod liver oil if you do not get any/much sun on your skin daily. Vitamin D is one of the many chronic vitamin (not really a vitamin, but more of a hormone) deficiencies in the U.S. due to the snake oil of our generation, sunscreen. You could alternate between the flax and fish oil on different days if you wish. Cod Liver oil is a little less $$$ than straight fish oil.
Of course the cheapest D is sunshine... do your homework out in the sun if you can, I do most of my studying this way.
With enough minerals in your body, you will not burn, nor will you have to fear skin issues from the sun.
Hope this helps.
