Thanks for the suggestions, but I HAVE been cleansing for over a year under the supervision of my naturopath (we're just working on cleansing excess acidity right now, my liver, bowels, ect. she says are clean - she's an iridologist too), and I take supplements (read first post to see which ones), I don't eat any pre-packaged foods, I practically all raw fruits/veggies, except for maybe some steamed veggies topped with raw extra virgin olive oil every few days. I don't do any prescription drugs, and I juice 1/4 pineapple, a pound of carrot, a whole lemon and 4 stalks of Celery every day. I also never use a microwave, since again, I eat mostly raw.

The only things I can think of are that I wouldn't even saw I get 30 grams of protein however, since I only eat fruits/veggies/oils. Probably more like 15, and even that would be protein mostly from fruit. And because my weight is low (and physical energy), my body doesn't have the extra calories to spare to give my mind for thinking. I also admit I'm a bit of a night-hawk (I'm trying to correct that habit!) - I used to not go to sleep until 3am, but I'm down to about 12:30-1:00am now. My goal is 11:00pm. I also don't drink enough water - I need about 6 cups/day, and I currently drink 4. Do any of those sound like culprits? Otherwise, everything I do is very healthy.

Fish oil? What brand would you recommend? I take flaxseed oil right now, so it would replace that? I don't have a whole lotta money to spend on anymore supplements, unfortunately, since I already take a lot.

So which is it? Minerals, fish oil, or glinko? Is glinko safe? I've heard some so-so things about it.. I can't afford to take them all :(
