the more of your symptoms you list, the more i think the kelp would be good for you. i too live in a cold climate and am very thin and get cold easily. taking lots of kelp has DEFINITLEY helped my body to get warm and stay warm. kelp has a lot of elemental
Iodine in it, which is what the thyroid thrives on, and its the thyroid that regulates body temp. so kelp will rev up your thyroid, and therefore increase body temp if it is too low. spirulina does not have this high
Iodine content.
just remember to get the frontire brand of kelp, not the now brand. now brand tastes awful, the frontier brand tastes fine. and take it with some fresh squeezed lemon juice, thats very important.
as far as the cayenne and gingko go, there is really only one way to tell hwo this will affect you, get some and try it in small amounts and see what the impact is, listen to your body.
if you buy bottled liquid trace minerals, be sure to get the kind sourced from "humic shale" this is ancient plant deposits. these minerals are plant based and threfore readily bio available.
