I was going to suggest gingko--
another thing I wanted to mention -- after one day of eating raw (Fruits and veg)
I noticed such a shift in my mind -- I was able to track complex streams of thought...and find words and concepts quickly! It was a major shift from forgetting simple words and just feeling,in spite of loving words, a disinclination to enter into any long piece of writing.
Something maybe in the enzymes in raw food (?) and the body's being so unburdened--
I also had great energy. Huge. Funny, at the end of the day,I recognized something I used to notice long ago as a smoker: this--that there is a *ceiling* for feeling good, especially in a busy part of the city. If you begin to feel at odds with this-- vibrating too high, let's say-- then there is something that urges you to * "tone it down". (I then ended up eating some soup or something which slowed me down a lot)
A funny thing: I remember my parents saying *that when we, the kids got too high-wired. Sometimes we were just being blissful--
