I used to think (or found) that is was 125 grams of protein we needed. Then I saw 100; then I've seen something/somewhere close to what you're saying (30-60 grams). So, whatever sources we're using, they seem to mesh pretty good.
I picked a "number in the middle" (100 grams) and stated it like it was a proven fact. Thank you SO much for picking up on that, I definitely should have given a 'range' instead of a specific number.
