I'm curious to know what the longest fast here or that you know
of first hand that has been achieved.

MH's fast sounds quite intriguing. I'm assuming that if you get the right nourishment while fasting then there shouldn't be too many
obstacles to a prolonged fast - say, 30 days plus.

The longest one I have done is 10 days but most of the grief was
in the first few days when the stomach is shrinking...part of me
thinks that if you can manage 10 days, then why not 30, 40 or 50.

With hindsight now, I was pretty ignorant in the method of fasting
I used before.

Would be interested in hearing anybody's feedback.
