Re: No bread - then why in the Bible?

Thank you both for your responses. I understand that manna is uncooked, but that it IS made from grains. Another post on here regarding grains said that grains are toxins to avoid, and MH agreed that it is not human food. That's why I am confused. I too will be interested in hearing MH's response. I've been reading everything I can and use my best judgement in discarding ideas that don't make sense and have found MH to be one who makes the most sense overall. Maybe I'm trying too hard? I am a mom of 3 and husband to one :) and I just want to do what's best for myself and my family. I know barring a miracle that I will never convert my husband all the way to raw fruits, nuts and berries, but I would like to clean up our eating in all of us. There are just so many conflicting stories/ideas on what is really safe and healthy, and I am leaning towards MH's way because it is based on Nature (God) and I truly believe that we should look to the bible (and nature) for what we should be sustaining ourselves with - which is why I want so badly to understand it all. Thanks again for your help!

Marnie
