Re: No bread - then why in the Bible?

Hi, Marnie,

I know that there are dehydrated 'breads' and crackers which were baked in the sun; today, dehydrators are used and flax seeds, as well as other seeds, ground nuts, and veggies.

I notice that Ann Wigmore used sprouted wheatberries -- so that is a grain.

Hope this helps.

Kindest thoughts.
