Please can you tell me where you were reading about the hormones that Mirena releases. I have generally found this contraceptive good but have had a flare of hormonal acne. I am trying to regulate my hormones but can't help wondering if having a regular period would help me in this quest - the Mirena has virtually stopped my periods.
