I used to have a copper T and it was not a pleasant experience. I used to get the most terrible cramps a week before my period started and then while on my period. My skin would also get a bout of Acne and my periods were really heavy and very long. Anyway one day it came out and I wasn't too sad about it! I had Mirena put in and I absoloutely love it as a method of contraception. Wouldn't use anything else.
