Yes I think the mental part is huge. I just started meditating again so that will help. As for the diet, I guess I'm the only one on it now! My nutritionist said when you feel that tired on the diet, you HAVE to cleanse and eat a lot of cultured foods. I did an enema last night (and saw a lot of undigested stuff in there) and definately had more energy afterwards.
I started the coconut water kefir last night so hopefully my two year old will eat that. He's got candida and he's on the bed as of three days ago.
That's great that you have no digestive issues when you combine different types of food - I am bloated all the time no matter what I eat so that's what I'm working on. I wish I had money for consistent colonics but I don't so there you go. I am on Day 7 of Fungal Defense and plan to move on to the Primal Defense after.
