I am a blood type O as well and I have found the recommendations to be helpful, even though I was pretty skeptical at first. The description of type O's fit me perfectly, and I have found that eating lots of animal protein and fats is very satisfying for me. I have always taken a little pride in being physically fit and I hate to see the weight go...Do you think I can get back what I lose? I think we can fudge the 80/20 rule. I havent met with a BED nutritionist really, but I did do a phone session with Donna. Are you in Atlanta by any chance? I am, I go to school in town. It's good to know other people who are in on this stuff, because it is SO countercultural.
