I haven't found any commercial source of cultured vegetables where I live, and I'm not in a position to make them right now, but I'm having kefir every morning, and vinegar with my meals, and some probiotics. It's difficult for me to get enough oils and protein when they have to be eaten in separate meals 3 or 4 hours apart, but my energy has improved some since I started doing one very oily meal per day--salad with lots of unrefined safflower oil and vinegar on it and 3-4 Tablespoons of coconut oil. My weight is still 25 lbs below my normal skinny weight and that concerns me some, but I'm sticking with the diet for now to give it a fair try.
