I was on it for a week and a half at the longest, and lost 10-15 lbs (I am on the skinny side but have a developed physique from working out, which I dont want to lose). Then I got extremely sick from doing a nasty version of the liver flush, went to the hospital, and had to quit. I went back to eating the SAD, and felt like crap again. Now I'm back on it. Hopefully my energy will stay up again, last time I felt pretty good after about a week. As for the time issue, I think once you get the system down of making lots of cultured vegetables, coconut kefir, salad dressing, etc. in large quantities it will make things less time-consuming. I am eagerly waiting for a candida antibody test that I should get back on friday, so that could help motivation.
