Re: BED Second chance
My first concern is why this thread is 3 years old and no one has responded in all that time. Am I missing something?
I came on this forum because I am looking at the B.E.D. program for the 2nd time. I didn't get very far with it the 1st time - mainly because if it isn't clearly written out for me I get confused (with all of this brain fog :) and it takes too much time and effort to sit down and put it all into a form that I can see and compare, i.e.; what are my choices and requirements for breakfast, lunch and dinner, what do I avoid, what are the best suggestions for putting it all together. I can see that most of this information is in the book but it's spread out and I haven't found where it's boiled down in one chapter as of yet. If I'm missing this I'd love for someone to point it out to me and yes I admit to being a wennie :)
What is so good about this forum is the 'other side of the coin' that is presented here and it has helped me tremendously in making up my mind what I need to do for me. I have Nourishing Traditions and I will compare the two and see what I can devise for me. I have a pretty good idea of what my body responds to since I've been attempting to improve my health for a while now. I believe all of us can benefit from cleansing and healing our livers and giving our adrenals a rest from all the crap of a SAD and of course the rest of the organs fall in line for cleansing and healing. All of this would fill a book.
I hope others will read this and post more recent experiences and results, I'd love to see this chat come alive again.
