BED Second chance
Hello,
I'm glad your posts are recent. I've had the same trouble with the bed: I was on it about a month with no energy, a bit depressed, feeling pretty crappy. I'm trying it again because I saw a nutritional consultant who's way into it.
From what I've read here it appears that some have been helped by it but some have felt like crap. The consultant I saw says what was missing for me last time was the cultured vegetables and coconut kefir. I was eating them only here and there. And I was only doing the sauerkraut. Today I will buy the coconuts and embark on that adventure. I'm already doing the sauerkraut.
An earlier post mentions how your adrenals have to heal for several months and that's why you feel so low energy. I do find this possible but it makes more sense to me that if you're on the right diet, you'll feel better pretty soon! So maybe when I add tons of raw cultured veg's and coconut kefir as well as eating a lot of allowed foods I'll feel better than I did last time on the diet.
Question I can't find answered: Donna says no to salt when fermenting the veg's, but some say it's okay. Why does she say no?
How are you all doing on it?
